FAQ
Why don't I see prices on Cisco SKUs? Cisco enforces channel pricing rules unilaterally. Authorized resellers — including us — don't publish list prices on most Cisco SKUs. Use Save as Quote or Add-to-Cart-for-Price; the real number reveals in the quote.
Can you quote used or refurbished Cisco? No. Authorized new distribution only.
Do you handle Cisco Enterprise Agreements (EA)? EA motions go through Cisco direct with partner attach. For mid-market buyers, the reseller channel typically gives comparable pricing without EA scale minimums. We flag when scope would benefit from an EA conversation.
What about hardware lead times on Catalyst 9000? Variable. Some SKUs are stocked; others are 4–12 weeks on factory build. Live stock is captured on every quote — no "let me check and get back to you."
Do you install and configure? Default is ship-to-site. Site survey, configuration, staging, and on-site install attach as separate line items on any quote.
How does special-bid registration (SBN) work? If you have an SBN on file (Cisco partner program, deal-registered, gov / edu programs), the quote prompts for it. Where eligible, it locks in special-bid pricing.
Are public-sector buyers self-serve? No. SLED is quote-only — contract-vehicle compliance requires it. Visit /government.
