About Nuveriq
What is Nuveriq?
Nuveriq is an authorized IT reseller for SMB and mid-market buyers. Tell us what you need (form, email, or AI agent), we quote it the same business day with price, stock, and ship date. You approve, pay via Stripe link or NET-30 PO, we ship.
How is Nuveriq different from CDW, SHI, or Insight?
Traditional resellers run quote cycles through a sales rep email thread — request Monday, quote back Tuesday, revise, approve, PO. We compress that to the same business day with real-time channel data and a quote-first workflow. For the seven OEMs we partner with directly (Microsoft, AWS, Dell, Cisco, Salesforce, Logitech, Zendesk), pricing is competitive with the larger resellers.
Is Nuveriq a SaaS platform I subscribe to?
No. Nuveriq is a reseller. The site is free to use. You pay for the products you order, at a transparent margin over channel cost. No subscription fees, no per-seat fees, no minimums. See pricing for the framework.
Buying
How do I get a quote?
Three ways, all the same speed:

How fast is a quote?
Same business day on standard SKUs. Configured solutions and special-bid pricing can take one to two business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
- Card / ACH — Stripe payment link by email after you approve the quote
- PO / NET-30 — for verified accounts; unlocks at D&B credit check passed, account verified, order ≥ $2,000
- NET-45 — after six months of clean payment history on NET-30
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes — built into every quote. Unit price drops at 25 / 50 / 100 / 250+ tiers. Larger orders trigger an additional volume pricing review.
How does shipping work?
Orders ship from our distribution network — typically 2-day to most US destinations. Multi-site deployments split across destinations in a single order. Shipping is itemized on every quote.
What's your return policy?
Standard manufacturer return windows — typically 30 days for unopened hardware, vendor-specific terms for software. Each quote flags the return policy on the line item before checkout. DOA hardware: RMA at our cost. Buyer-side returns: at the buyer's cost per vendor terms.
Can I cancel or modify an order after approval?
If the order hasn't shipped, yes — email support@nuveriq.com quickly. Once shipped, cancellation follows the vendor's return-for-refund process.
How is tax calculated?
Based on the ship-to address, itemized on every quote. Resale certificate or tax-exempt? Send the certificate to quotes@nuveriq.com during account setup.
Vendors & catalog
What vendors do you carry?
Direct partnerships with seven OEMs: Microsoft, AWS, Dell, Cisco, Salesforce, Logitech, Zendesk. Channel access for Lenovo, HP, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, and most major OEMs in distribution. See /vendors.
Why do some vendor pages show prices and others don't?
Each vendor's channel pricing rules differ. Microsoft transactional licensing, Logitech peripherals, AWS Marketplace, and Dell accessories carry public prices. Cisco enforces "Add to Cart for Price." Salesforce, Zendesk, Azure consumption, premium PowerEdge, and configured solutions are quote-required. We comply with each vendor's rules; the page tells you which mode applies.
What if you don't have what I need?
Ask anyway. If it's in distribution, we can quote it. If it's not, we'll say so honestly and suggest equivalents.
Do you sell refurbished, gray-market, or used products?
No. Authorized new distribution only.
The AI agent
What does the AI agent do?
The agent helps at every step — answers pricing, availability, freight, and order-status questions live, and can draft a quote. It does NOT autonomously check out, accept your PO, or move money. Every order has a human approval before money moves.
Is it actually AI, or scripted?
AI-driven. A large language model parses your request; pricing and stock data come from real-time channel feeds, not from the AI.
Can I talk to a human instead?
Yes. Email quotes@nuveriq.com or support@nuveriq.com. Complex deals, multi-site rollouts, custom scoping, and SLED contract-vehicle work all benefit from a human conversation.
Government & enterprise
Do you sell to government?
Yes — but quote-only. SLED buyers (state, local, education, federal) don't get self-serve checkout because public-sector procurement rules don't fit a self-serve cart cleanly. Visit /government for the procurement-vehicle status.
Do you have a GSA Schedule?
GSA MAS is in progress — not yet awarded. We'll update /government when status changes.
Can I set up a punchout catalog with Coupa, Ariba, or SAP SRM?
Punchout integration is on the roadmap — not currently live. Email quotes@nuveriq.com and we'll scope a manual-PO workflow for the interim.
Security & compliance
How do you handle my data?
Account info, order history, quote history, and conversation history stored in US-based infrastructure, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Payment card data never touches our systems — Stripe handles it. Full detail at /security.
Are you SOC 2 certified?
SOC 2 Type II is in planning — not yet audited.
What about HIPAA or FedRAMP?
Not currently claimed. HIPAA is a future roadmap item; FedRAMP is not in scope.
How do I request a security questionnaire or DPA?
Email support@nuveriq.com or use the contact form. We acknowledge within two business days; completed questionnaires return within 5–10 business days.
